Ok, so I made my Buckeye Candies and my Buckeye Lite Candies and shared them with one of my other girlfriends. She also loved them but suggested a twist. Since I love tweaking recipes almost more than I love the intended outcome of them I had to try her candy making suggestion.
What did she suggest? She asked me to use Nutella instead of or in combination with the peanut butter. For those of you who have never heard of it, you should be able to find it in your grocery store somewhere near the peanut butter. It’s a hazelnut flavored chocolate spread from Australia and it’s Down Under delicious!
